05.06.2023

Titan Machinery Bulgaria highlighted its role as a leading supplier of agricultural machinery by presenting some of the latest Case IH, Vaderstad, Tecnoma and Agrifac models at the agricultural machinery exhibition BATA Agro 2023 in the town of Stara Zagora

A accent at the tractors that caught the attention of farmers was the new Case IH Puma 260 CVXDrive model, with a nominal power of 260 hp. (maximum: 302 hp), which has an 8% wider cabin than the previous model and is equipped with the latest generation AFS Pro 1200 touch terminal, through which operators can not only make settings and record data, but also - through AFS Connect telematics to start an immediate data transfer between the tractor and MyCaseIH online portal, from where they can remotely monitor and maintain the machine. Further, the tractor has a new adaptive suspension - AVS, which synchronizes the suspension of the cabin, the front axle and the rear hitch system, providing super comfort during work.

The massive Case IH Optum 300 CVXDrive, which is characterized by high power (313 hp), stepless transmission and is suitable for a wide range of agricultural applications, attracted strong attention among farmers during BATA Agro 2023. The tractor is equipped with AFS and DATA Connect systems, and the armrest with MultiController adds additional comfort when driving the tractor.

During BATA Agro Titan Machinery showed the bestseller among universal tractors - Case IH Maxxum 150, which series includes 5 models with power from 116 to 150 hp and farmers can choose between three different transmissions, ActiveDrive 4, Active Drive 8 with DCT technology and CVX Drive continuously variable transmission.

Traditionally, there was a strong interest in the Vaderstad seed drills, which are the best-selling and highly rated seed drills in Bulgaria by Bulgarian farmers. This year, Titan Machinery highlighted the Vaderstad Tempo L high-speed seed drill, equipped with the Central Fill system, which allows the farmer to fill only one large main hopper with a volume of 3,000 liters instead of filling each sowing unit with seed. Central Fill is available on all models with 12 to 24 sowing sections with or without fertiliser.

During BATA Agro 2023, grain producers also get acquainted with the top-innovative Vaderstad Proceed seed drill, which has no analogue worldwide. The seed drill can sow both mixed crops and by easy and quick change of the seed discs, row crops such as sunflower and corn. Vaderstad Proceed can halve the seeding rate of wheat while maintaining yield compared to other brands of modern seed drills, which has already been proven in field experience.

The large farmers had strongest interest in the Vaderstad Inspire seed drill with a working width of 12 meters, which was centrally located at the Titan Machinery stand. The seed drill is available in two different models – Inspire 1200S and Inspire 1200C. The Inspire 1200S seed-only version is equipped with a 5.000-liter seed hopper. While the Inspire 1200C combined version has a 7,200-liter hopper, accommodating both seed and fertilizer in two separate hoppers. When leaving the hopper in Inspire 1200C, the seed and fertilizer are mixed in the same air stream and placed together in the soil. The Vaderstad Inspire 1200C/S can operate accurately at variable speed, as well as with section control up to 1.5m sections. This is a unique precision feature in the 12m seed drill segment.

During BATA Agro 2023, grain producers also got acquainted with the new Case IH 8250 Axial Flow combine harvester model, which is equipped with a fused surface header of the prestigious manufacturer MacDon. The combine has a power of 571 hp. supplied by a 6-cylinder FPT Cursor 13 engine with Power Boost system for extra power and AdBlue for more fuel economy. The rotor system of Axial Flow 8250 is now even more efficient thanks to the automated AFS Harvest Command system, which, in addition to the standard manual settings and controls, enables the operator to have automated control and achieve excellent grain cleaning precision while maintaining an optimal operation speed and minimum engine load. There is electric adjustment of the counters of the rotor and automatic control of the fan. Moreover, the screens are self-adjusting and have up to 12% side slope compensation, along with the fan. The grain hopper of the model shown during the exhibition has a volume of 14,400 liters.

During BATA Agro 2023, grain producers also saw up close the benefits of the "Machine of the Year" winner Case IH LB436 HD baler, where high density is achieved through a combination of the new TwinePro tying system and the high pressure of 62 tons that the piston exerts in the compression chamber producing up to 80 bales per hour. The new DataConnect function allows customers with mixed farming areas to manage the farm, machines and data more easily.

During BATA Agro 2023, Titan Machinery also displayed several models of Agrifac and Tecnoma self-propelled sprayers, a variety of Vaderstad tillage machinery, as well as Pronar grain trailers.

For Titan Machinery Bulgaria, participation in the exhibition was an opportunity to emphasize its commitment to Bulgarian agricultural producers, to provide reliable and innovative equipment and professional consulting for all their needs.
