Titan Machinery Bulgaria took part in Atest Expo 2022

08.04.2022

Titan Machinery Bulgaria was among the most impressive exhibitors at ATEST EXPO 2022, organized by the Association of the traders of large construction equipment (ATEST). In 2022 the exhibition was held during the Architecture - Building Week event (March 30th - April 2nd, Inter Expo Center - Sofia). The CASE SV-series backhoe loaders were presented locally for the first time at the open stand of the company. The new models feature high level of comfort, productivity, fuel efficiency and ease of maintenance.

The ATEST EXPO 2022 was a perfect opportunity for the launch of the new CASE SV-series backhoe loaders to the general construction industry in the country. Machines from the 580 SV and 695 SV models with various equipment were displayed at the stand of Titan Machinery Bulgaria. The backhoe loaders impressed the visitors by the CASE DNA patented backhoe, new pilot control, which is more responsive and precise, improved Ride Control system for more comfortable drive and minimizing material spillage, and the new Stage V diesel engine.

Next Level Comfort

The totally redesigned and restyled interior and exterior of the wider cab provides greater clearance for the operator’s legs when rotating the seat, and superior accessibility to the cab. Regrouped switches on the right-hand console, new integrated F-N-R switch in the loader control lever on the Power Shift models, new joystick roller switch for extending dipper operation and relocated stabiliser levers all add up to time savings. Comfort is additionally increased by a 3 dB in-cab noise reduction to 74dB, compared to the previous CASE backhoe loader generation.

Productivity and Fuel Efficiency

The new F36 Stage V engine by FPT delivers the near-impossible – reduced emissions with no loss of performance and improved reliability, reducing total cost of ownership (TCO). The 3.6 l 4-cylinder engine has been specifically designed for medium load operations, typical for backhoe loaders.

The machines feature a specific after-treatment system optimised for compact equipment - Compact High Efficiency SCR2 (Hi-eSCR2). It is designed for applications with working cycles that typically generate low exhaust temperatures and include frequent stop and go cycles. Low rate EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) enables NOx reduction with compact Hi-eSCR2 (selective catalytic reduction) dimensions while optimised DPF (diesel particulate filter) technology ensures high particulate matter removal at low operating temperatures. All these benefits when combined with the ECO mode generate fuel consumption savings of up to 10%.

At the company's open stand a 18 t CASE 821 G EVO wheel loader from the G EVOLUTION series, featuring a Stage V engine, was also exhibited. This is an advanced technology machine with a bucket load weighing system (for both weight and volume). The control system enables every operator to enter their own machine performance settings (type of material, speed, responsiveness, aggressiveness, etc.) according to their preferences and the working conditions.

The visitors were attracted also by the CASE SR 210B 3.2 t skid steer loader with Stage V diesel engine. It is a representative of the new B-series sharing some features with the big wheel loaders: display, electro-hydraulic control and machine performance settings according to the working conditions and operator's preferences.

"We are exclusively enthusiastic with the product launch of the new CASE SV-series backhoe loaders to the general construction industry in Bulgaria. These are advanced comfortable, efficient, productive and fuel-saving machines which will help the Bulgarian contractors face the challenges of each new working day in the best way", said at the event Plamen Lilkov, Construction Equipment Manager, Titan Machinery Bulgaria.
