The new Titan Machinery facility in Shumen is located on an area of 2,000 square meters and combines administrative, commercial and service areas in one location. In order to fully meet the needs of its customers, Titan Machinery has now also increased its team. The region's farmers will thus be able to rely on 11 profiled and highly qualified specialists.

On the occasion of the opening of the new sales and service centre, Svilen Lozanov, CEO of Titan Machinery Bulgaria, added: "The opening of a full-size base in the town of Shumen allows us to stock over 90% of the main machines in our portfolio. From a business development perspective, this is a natural step that aims to not only improve access to the latest and most up-to-date machinery in the sector, but also to increase service and spare parts capacity manifold."

Referring to the partnerships already established with farmers in the region, Svilen Lozanov said: "There are many examples of Titan Machinery partnerships here and I am delighted that the vast majority of them have been really successful. Shumen was opened as a location in 2019 and then started as a small shop with the idea of providing quick access to essential spare parts (oils, filters, operating organs, etc.) A few years later we are reporting dozens of self-propelled and trailed machines handed over, and the new base in Shumen is a natural step aimed at justifying the trust of these people and building on what has been done so far."

The opening of the new base in Shumen, which is located in a key location on 78 Blvd. "Rishki Prohod” is part of Titan Machinery Bulgaria's strategy to expand its presence in the country and underlines the company's commitment to providing its customers with high quality products and services, as well as easy access to technical support and specialized services.
