Vaderstad NZ Extreme pre-sowing cultivators create new levels of super performance

10.10.2022

Väderstad - NZ Extreme is the newest pre-sowing cultivator developed specifically for the needs of large farms in Eastern Europe. After the successfully completed field tests in 2021, the new super-cultivator is now released for sale.

The machine includes two models with working widths of 12.5 and 14.25 meters, and despite the large dimensions, the Swedish manufacturer has managed to provide 3.00 meters of transport width.

By designing the new pre-sowing cultivator, Väderstad has managed to expand the boundaries of what was previously possible in terms of quality and speed of processing large agricultural areas.

Väderstad NZ Extreme is divided into 5 dynamic working sections that optimally follow the field unevenness. Each section is equipped with intensively vibrating working units, which are of exceptional hardness and durability. Thanks to them, effective deep tillage and breaking up of clods of any size is achieved, and also excellent seed bed preparation.

Väderstad 's new pre-sowing cultivator is unique in the agricultural machinery market, both in size and design. The working units are placed in six rows , and the distance between them is 7.2 cm. Their working depth can be adjusted automatically by the Control Function system directly from the tractor cab according to field conditions.

Cross Board Heavy front and rear working units can be added as an option and also a levelling harrow for better soil levelling. Grain growers can choose from different types of attachments for the tops of working units, depending on the specifics of their soil.

The new Vaderstad NZ Extreme series of cultivators are aggregated to tractors with a power of 350-400 hp – for the model with a working width of 12.5 meters, and for the 14.25 meter version a tractor with a power of about 600 hp is needed.

More information about the new Vaderstad pre-sowing cultivators is available from Titan Machinery Bulgaria, official importer of the Swedish brand.
