New generation engine for lower fuel consumption
The new Case SV-series backhoe loaders feature a new Stage V generation F36 engine, providing the best combination of power and torque, cutting also the exhaust emissions drastically.
The Case 580 SV backhoe loader from the SV-series, which we introduce, features a completely new generation 3.6-litre engine, providing power from 97 hp to 112 hp and complying with EU Stage V. The machine is equipped with a new SCR system and the exhaust gas aftertreatment is performed in a chemical way.
The hydraulic system of the Case SV-series backhoe loaders features an axial piston pump with variable volume, ranging from 5 litres per minute to 165 litres per minute. The machine automatically recognizes the working modes and increases the hydraulic flow in relation to the load. In this way both high productivity and fuel savings are achieved, namely when there is no load, the engine works at low speed and decreases the fuel consumption.
The Case 580 SV backhoe loader is equipped with axles by Carraro - one of the best manufacturers of final drives.
The customers have the option to order the backhoe loader with a Power Shift transmission with four forward and four backward shifting gears. There is a new F-N-R switch on top of the loader joystick.
Completely New Cab for more comfort and productivity
The newest feature in the Case SV-series backhoe loaders is the new completely restyled cab, which is designed for more convenience, comfort and productivity of the operator. It is larger and the working space of the operator has been increased. The cab features greater storage capacities for personal belongings and a cooling box for food and drinks. The control switches of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning are positioned on the right-hand console, which is very convenient for the operator.
The cab features a new radio with Bluetooth connection to mobile phone, which is in response to the connectivity needs of the operator.
Last but not least, the new LED working lights ensure good visibility when working in poor light conditions.
Patented Case DNA Backhoe
What impresses every operator is the patented DNA backhoe featuring an integrated hydraulic quick coupler. Machines with a hydraulic quick coupler allow changing over the backhoe attachments from the cab with a special switch that locks and unlocks the quick coupler.
There is a new joystick roller switch for extending dipper operation with the backhoe. The operator has a new switch for engine speed control directly on the joystick, which provides promptness and convenience without spoiling the working rhythm, and thus achieving higher productivity. When extending the backhoe completely at a maximum swing, the machine stability does not suffer, which is of high importance as it really stays balanced. The centre of gravity is very well positioned, and as it does not change, the machine stays stable with four wheels on the ground.
The Case 580 SV backhoe loader features also the new Case Ride Control system, which provides more comfortable driving on uneven terrains and reduces material spillage. The machine is fit with an auxiliary hydraulic line for attachments.
For working in cities, the customers can fit the backhoe loader with stabilizer rubber pads, which protect the asphalt pavements or the side-walks when working in completely urban environment.
The new Case SV-series backhoe loaders feature fleet management through GPS connectivity, which allows for quick diagnostics, minor software interventions and reinstalling. This telematic system provides the owner or the operator in the end of the day with detailed information on machines performance: loads, fuel consumption, engine idling, machine utilization, maximum load. The fleet management tools provide also data on location and route tracking.
One Machine - Array of Applications
As this is a backhoe loader, the machine can perform digging, backfilling, loading, unloading, levelling, grading and dosing - can be used as a dozer. The backhoe loader has a differential lock, which can be activated also manually from the joystick in the cab. The machines can be fitted also with pallet forks, which immediately adds another function.
