The models of Case CE from CX18D to CX28D offer an array of advantages and benefits. For example these mini excavators feature zero tail swing (for CX25D and CX28D models) or short tail swing upper structures. Thus they provide highly efficient operation in confined spaces and near walls, fences, columns and other obstacles. The two speed travel (Fast and Slow) with automatic shift down or shift up ensures maximum moving speed and offroadability.
The operators have at their disposal two hydraulic auxiliary lines (one standard and one optional), which are operated by the electro-hydraulic proportional controls on the joysticks. They feature a hydraulically extendable undercarriage for perfect manoeuvrability and stability and their dozer blades have foldable extensions as standard. These machines with the exception of CX22D are equipped with a Yanmar diesel engine and a variable flow hydraulic pump.
The CX22D (2.3 t) and CX28D (3.1 t) models have Kubota diesel engines and feature advanced systems and functions like load sensing hydraulic system with closed centre, including two pumps - one variable flow and one gear pump, as well as a modern flow sharing control valve. This ensures not only great productivity but also very high fuel efficiency.
More Advanced Technologies
As an innovative company Case CE started to offer electric mini excavators in 2023. One of them is the 2 t model CX25EV which is designed for customers working on sites with high requirements for exhaust gas emissions and noise. The machine features a lithium-ion battery of 32.2 kWh capacity, providing 8 hours of operation in ECO mode and 4 hours in standard mode.
Case CX25EV is equipped with the highest technology features, including electro-hydraulic controls, various hydraulic settings and an on-board charger that can fully recharge the battery in 9 hours using a 220V outlet. An external three-phase rapid charger is offered as an option to recharge it in just 2 hours.
