The compact wheel loaders have various applications in almost all kinds of construction and the related activities: loading and unloading of bulk and palletized materials, filling and grading of beddings, sweeping of ready surfaces, summer and winter maintenance. Small machines for loads of work
The light segment of the range of 2-3 t operating weights offers the top of compactness in articulated wheel loaders. The WL20 (2 t), WL25 (2.5 t) and WL28 (3 t), complemented by the electric WL20e (2.2 t), are today's real alternative to the skidsteer loaders. Unlike the skidsteers, these models offer much better visibility both to the construction site and the attachment at height, higher productivity, more safety and less tire expenditures.
In the 3-6 t class Wacker Neuson manufactures two groups of three models each targeted to customers of different needs. The WL32 (3.4 t), WL38 (4.2 t) and WL52 (5.1 t) compact loaders are designed for contractors who prefer high specification machines with more extras. These models have Inch Brake Pedal, which depending on the applied foot pressure divides the hydraulic output between the machine drive and the work hydraulics, making the control much easier.
The cab is full of comfortable features, including adjustable steering wheel and adjustable joystick console. The completely adjustable seat can be ordered with a pneumatic suspension (option). The easiness of control is guaranteed by the multifunctional innovative joystick with illuminated buttons.
The other three models in this class: WL34 (3.9 t), WL44 (4.6 t) and WL54 (5.8 t) feature the same high productivity, reliability and efficiency but are offered with entry level equipment. Unlike all other models, which have two door cabs, the WL44 and WL 54 have two- and one-door versions.
Plenty of Strength and Power
In the heaviest segment of the range Wacker Neuson offers two versatile models: WL60 (5.9 t) and WL70 (7.1 t), which are designed for various applications. The customers have a choice between load sensing hydraulics for maximum fuel efficiency and flow sharing hydraulics (option) for maximum productivity and efficient simultaneous work movements.
The wheel loaders can be ordered with two electric functions for front attachments and with various hydraulic rear options such as salt spreader for winter maintenance. The cab of these two models features highest level of comfort with a jog dial behind the advanced joystick in a modern automotive style.
The biggest models in the range are the impressive WL95 (10.4 t) and WL110 (11.3 t). They offer the highest productivity in the range and can work at a concrete batch plant. Besides the top modern and comfortable cab they also feature the new Ecospeed PRO variable hydrostatic transmission, providing maximum speed up to 40 kph and optimal balance between road speed and tractive force for maximum efficiency depending on application.
