Diverse Range for Construction
The product range of Wacker Neuson consists of ten machine groups, including compact excavators, compact wheel loaders, mini dumpers, telescopic loaders as well as light equipment for concrete, soil compaction, repair of asphalt and concrete pavements, etc.
Among the hit products of Wacker Neuson are the compact tracked and wheeled excavators of operating weight from 1 t to 15 t, including electric drive with battery pack models. Remarkable for their high productivity and efficiency are the conventional tail crawler models: 1.8-tonne ET18 and 2.5-tonne ET24, as well as the zero tail swing models: 3.8-tonne EZ36, 5-tonne EZ50 and 8-tonne EZ80.
Unique for the Wacker Neuson compact tracked excavators is the vertical digging system VDS which offsets up to 15° slope inclination and allows digging a vertical trench on an inclined terrain, keeping the high comfort for the operator.
The range of compact articulated wheel loaders is wide. They feature operating weights from 2 t to 7 t, including an electric model. The company offers also skid steer loaders and compact tracked loaders, as well as wheeled and tracked mini dumpers of 1 t to 9 t payloads.
The Wacker Neuson compaction equipment for soil and pavements is very popular in Bulgaria. It consists of light equipment such as vibratory rammers, vibratory plates, walk-behind and trench rollers. The reversible vibrating plates stand out here with their high centrifugal force, manoeuvrability and easy control. The company offers also compact tandem and single drum rollers.
This equipment matches well with the range of machines and tools for repair of asphalt and concrete pavements, consisting of gasoline breakers, floor saws, cut-off saws and various tools (picks and disks) for them. The BFS-series floor saws of Wacker Neuson are famous for their exceptional productivity and efficiency - their working speed is up to 20% higher than competitive models and ensures fastest execution of pavement repairs.
For the processing of poured wet concrete Wacker Neuson has a wide range of internal and external vibrators, hand-guided screeds, frequency converters and rebar tiers. The auxiliary light equipment is very practical. It includes small generator sets, light towers and various pumps (self-priming, diaphragm, submersible and drainage).
