Why is it important for farmers to use authorized service and spare parts

The use of authorized service and original spare parts in agriculture is extremely important for the machine quality and efficiency, as well as for its operation duration. This was commented by Mladen Stoyanov, spare parts and service manager at Titan Machinery Bulgaria.

“The use of original spare parts guarantees the same quality as the parts used in the machine production in the CNH factories. Only thus can its serviceability be guaranteed in the future.

This is the only way farmers can get a warranty on the repairs carried out by the Titan Machinery workshop, regardless of whether it was made in the field or at our base”, the expert asserted.

From this year, Titan Machinery Bulgaria can also boast of a new development.

“At the beginning of the year, we completed a project we have been working on for quite a long time. We are introducing a new line of oil developed specifically for Titan Machinery. The brand is T- Line. It has the full range of lubricants required for agriculture with an emphasis on Case IH machinery and with the same qualities of the original oil,” Mladen Stoyanov also said.

Titan Machinery Bulgaria has an established network of sales and service centres throughout the country. And in 2019, the company also opened a spare parts store in Shumen.
