Wacker Neuson is a leading world manufacturer with more than 90 years of tradition in the production of compact and light compaction equipment. From a 30-kilogram vibratory rammer to a 7-tonne roller, with a gasoline or diesel engine or even battery-powered, the Wacker Neuson range offers diverse solutions for compaction of all types of soils and pavements. The official representative of the brand in the country is Titan Machinery Bulgaria.

The companies in the construction and repair of surface and underground infrastructure are everyday involved in compaction of terrains, embankments and paved layers of aggregates and asphalt. To completely satisfy the needs of the contractors for reliable and productive compaction equipment, Wacker Neuson manufactures a wide product range structured in three product groups: vibratory rammers, vibratory plates and rollers.

The vibratory rammers are among the most popular products of Wacker Neuson and their range consists of 14 machines of operating weights from 32 kg to 84 kg. The classic models are equipped with 4-stroke gasoline Honda engines and their high working speed ensures the fast achievement of the desired degree of compaction. Wacker Neuson is the only one in the world to manufacture fuel efficient vibratory rammers with 2-stroke gasoline engines, which are specially developed and produced by the company for this type of equipment. The diesel vibratory rammers are powered by Yanmar engines of low exhaust emission levels, which makes them suitable for working in trenches. The newest technologies come with the models with electric motors and batteries for local zero emission levels.

The vibrating plates are undoubtedly the most popular light compaction equipment by Wacker Neuson. The range consists of almost 40 models of operating weights from 50 kg to 1170 kg. These machines are famous for their exceptionally low level of hand-arm vibration and for most models it is under 2.5 m/s2. For the operator this means pleasant, comfortable and safe work. For the heaviest models their is a remote control solution that eliminates any hand-arm vibrations from the operator and at the same time keeps him away from the exhaust emissions, noise and dust. According to the needs of the customer and the working conditions on the site there is a choice of models with gasoline or diesel engines as well as electric motors with batteries.

The single direction vibratory plates in the range move only forward and feature easy control and high manoeuvrability, which allows faster and more efficient work in tight spaces. The reversible plates with forward and backward work movement are universal and the most demanded models are from the BPU and DPU-series - centrifugal force from 25 kN to 37 kN and operating weight from 145 kg to 274 kg. They feature high robustness and reliability, compact sizes and high productivity as well as integrated wheels facilitating their moving and transporting.

The reversible vibratory plates from the middle and heavy class (over 300 kg) are designed for big construction sites where a substantially higher productivity is needed. They are offered with a compaction measuring technology, which eliminates both overcompaction and poor compaction of the pavement.

Wacker Neuson manufactures also a very practical range of rollers. The smallest are walk-behind (700 kg) and trench (1465 kg) models. The range includes also tandem rollers of operating weights from 1.8 t to 5.6 t, as well as single drum models from 5.5 t to 7.5 t. The machines feature a 3-point articulation joint of the frame ensuring both consistent compaction and operator comfort. Asphalt rollers offer vibration and oscillation drum options.

In parallel with the Wacker Neuson products and solutions, Titan Machinery Bulgaria offers also high quality aftersales services, which include warranty and post warranty maintenance and genuine spare parts delivery. The company has a very well developed Bulgarian network of sales and service centres located in Sofia, Montana, Pleven, Russe, Dobrich, Burgas and Stara Zagora.
