Agrifac and Tecnoma at BATA Agro 2022
Titan Machinery Bulgaria presented precision plant protection machines of the Agrifac and Tecnoma brands at the exhibition BATA Agro 2022, which took place at the airport near Stara Zagora.
Tecnoma has been the spraying specialist since the company was founded in 1952. At BATA Agro 2022, we presented the Tecnoma Laser sprayer precisely because it meets all the requirements of Bulgarian farmers.
Depending on the terrain, plants and topography, it is available with three tank volumes – from 3200 to 5200 litres – and can be equipped with booms from 24 to 44 meters. And, to ensure the environmental standards of the TIER V, Tecnoma equips the LASER with a 6-cylinder DEUTZ engine, providing 217 and 244 hp.
“Tecnoma also has attached models to meet the needs of farmers. At the moment, however, our efforts are focused on larger farmers, to whom we want to deliver an interesting solution, which focuses mainly on precision spraying. Our goal is to provide farmers with the best possible spraying solution.”, said Magdalena Lembic, Tecnoma 's export manager for Bulgaria, during the exhibition. The expert answered directly many questions from farmers at the stand of Titan Machinery Bulgaria.
We know and understand that the spraying process is not the same for all farmers. Some crops, such as rapeseed, sunflower and maize, require plant protection at a later stage of their growth. For this reason, the sprayer must enter crop blocks, which are often more than 2 meters high.

“ At BATA Agro we present Agrifac Condor V - a unique development with embedded artificial intelligence. You can see a camera on the boom. Its task is to identify weeds so that only they can be treated. Thus, farmers save on preparations and are confident in the effect they will achieve, namely clean crops,” said Victor Onchica, Agrifac 's sales manager for Bulgaria and Romania during Bata Agro.
The option is called AiCPlus. The cameras scan the field in real time, and then, using a special algorithm, diagnose what they find – weeds, diseases, pests.
The Condor V sprayer has the most stable boom on the market and is the most sustainable self-propelled sprayer in the world. The machine comes with the unique StabiloPlus chassis, which easily compensates for any unevenness on the track, ensuring exceptional stability and comfort of the sprayer both on the road and in the field.
The HighTechAir Plus system is another Agrifac innovation. Thanks to it, less jet dispersion is achieved, as well as higher spray quality and better penetration of the preparations due to the higher air capacity of the system. Farmers also get a wider spread on the spraying possibility, as they do not depend on weather conditions. Combining all these systems significantly reduces the amount of chemicals and water used,” said Victor Onchika, who was also available for questions to farmers across the country.
