The video series called „2021 Spring sowing with Vaderstad Tempo seeders ” is lounching

Bulgarian farmers report a successful business year and are looking forward to the next one. They are already planning the cultivation, sowing and everything else staking on a successful start for the 2022 season. Today, when farmers face a number of challenges – climate change, fertilizer requirements, changing price levels of raw materials, they face the task of maximum optimization of farm costs.

The task of Titan Machinery and Vaderstad this spring was to film and show how spring sowing can be optimized by investing in new and modern technologies ensuring speed, accuracy, precision and direct operation to reduce production costs on the farm.

We present you sowing in three farms, in three locations in Bulgaria, with three completely different sowing conditions. A total of 40,500 decares of spring corn and sunflower crops were sown.

Vaderstad Tempo seeders – make it possible to sow crops accurately and on time, thanks to their speed, precision and accuracy.

The first farm we visit is in the municipality of Pavlikeni – Rachev 2 OOD, which cultivates 50,000 decares and has been working with Vaderstad Tempo since 2015. During the spring season, they sow 25,000 decares of corn and sunflower with Vaderstad Tempo TPR 12.

Vladislav Anev, agriculture manager at Rachev 2 OOD shares with us in the field:

We have extremely short deadlines to sow corn and sunflower. This year, for 25,000 decares we have set 10 days for sowing corn and sunflower. Thanks to Vaderstad Tempo, we managed to sow absolutely all our crops accurately and on time, thanks to their speed, precision and accuracy.

We have been working with Titan Machinery for more than 10 years. In 2015, we decided to do a demonstration experiment in which we were shown the sowing of corn and sunflower with a Vaderstad TPR 12 seeder.

Even during the experiment we conducted with Titan Machinery and Vaderstad Tempo TPR 12, we were most impressed by: The speed of sowing, which is extremely important to us, the correct sowing rate, the depth of extreme accuracy and precision contributed by Vaderstad Tempo TPR 12 in the field.

After purchasing our first Vaderstad Tempo TPR 12 in 2015, we decided and put a stake on the spring sowing of corn and sunflower entirely to Vaderstad Tempo.

Vaderstad seeders – top quality and durability. It is practically “unbreakable”

We go to the second farm in the town of Dimovo, Vidin district, where our host is Farmer Rumen Mladenov, who cultivates 9,000 decares. and has been working with Vaderstad Tempo since 2016. In the 2021 spring sowing he sows 4,500 decares of sunflower with Vaderstad Tempo TPF 8.

Rumen Mladenov is constantly in the field during the sowing and tells us about his impressions of working with Vaderstad Tempo:

I have been farming for more than 16 years, and I have had a Vaderstad seeder for 5 years. Before that, I worked with 3 other brands, the three of which together could not make as many acres a day as the Vaderstad did.

I was most impressed that the seeder is practically unbreakable. It can work on both very dry soils and on soaked ones and maintains a very high sowing speed for the seeder. This seeder sows 300 decares a day.

This spring, the sowing dates are relative, because it is rainy and here Vaderstad saves the situation with its ability to operate on moist soil.

I work mainly with Titan Machinery. I have tried with other importers and the difference is vast, and at Titan Machinery the service comes to the field by the second hour, if necessary. I have other equipment from them, such as combines, and I am extremely pleased with the quick response.

After the excellent sowing, which we observed in Dimovo, we go to the other end of Bulgaria - the village of Kolartsi, Tervel municipality. Here we are greeted by Ivaylo Manolov from the farm of ET “Spas Dimitrov – Dimitrina Petrova”, who cultivate 20,000 decares and have been working with Vaderstad Tempo since 2018. This season, they sow 11,000 decares with Vaderstad Tempo F8 and Tempo V8.

Ivaylo Manolov also related to us what it means to work with Vaderstad Tempo, for him and the farm:

Three years ago, we bought a Tempo F for our farm. We saw that it performed perfectly in all conditions and we decided to buy a Tempo V. When we went to the first sowing with the Tempo F seeder we were very impressed – equally sprouted plants, at the same distance, there were perfect conditions for a perfect yield.

Our goal is the precise, fast and accurate sowing. The important factors for a good sowing are the time of sowing, the depth, the distance between the plants and the sowing rate. This is easily achieved with Vaderstad Tempo.

Since we have the two Vaderstad Tempo seeders, we have been able to sow 30% more than before – with three tractors, three eight-row seeders and three operators, and last but not least – with a much better quality.

In both seeders’ deliveries, the Titan Machinery team met the deadlines, for which we thank them. When we put the machines into operation, they were very precise and clear in their instructions.

What is the three farmers’ message about sowing with Vaderstad Tempo?

Rumen Mladenov, Farmer “Rumen Mladenov”

I take this opportunity to turn to my colleagues – for those who do not believe, they can come to see how it works on wet soil. The other seeders are incapable of doing it.

Ivaylo Manolov, manager of ET “Spas Dimitrov – Dimitrina Petrova”.

Our opinion is that every self-respecting farmer should own a Vaderstad Tempo.

Vladislav Anev, agriculture manager at Rachev 2 OOD

My message to all farmers in Bulgaria: Trust Titan Machinery's Vaderstad Tempo.
